Kiln Park Commercial Area
Barnsley based regeneration specialist Priority Space, which is owned and operated by Adam Richardson and Lee Buchanan, two former Development Managers of Priority Sites Limited, was appointed commercial partner in 2014 by the Homes and Communities Agency and Keepmoat Homes to deliver a speculative commercial scheme at the Allerton Bywater Millennium Development.
Kiln Park is to be delivered in two phases with the first phase comprising speculative industrial and retail units set for completion in July 2016. Unit sizes are available for sale from 710 sq. ft to 4068 sq. ft although leases will also be considered. Childcare group, Just Childcare Limited, has bought Phase 2 and plans to build a 5,000 sq ft facility with capacity for 82 child places. The nursery will be opened in early 2017.
